classic show-bug has a 'format for printing' link. we should do one of the following:
- use css media selectors to make things look nice when printing
- create a modal-like view suitable for printing
- link to the classic printing format

In the nature of time, this is a good step. We can do "use css media selectors to make things look nice when printing" when we remove the old UI.

This also provides UI to access the XML format and the old show bug view.
