It seems like Bug 1063444 will be revised and probably impact this test case. So I cancel this review request.

At the very beginning of Bluetooth API2 development, the B2G emulator (ICS) can only take BlueZ as the Bluetooth backend and BlueZ is not suitable for Bluetooth API v2. Therefore, the mnw test in this bug was designed to be performed on real device.

Now, B2G emualtor KK is ready and it uses BlueDroid as BT backend.
I believe the patch is no longer be needed since this Mnw test wasn't designed for B2G emulator.
