STR:
1) load a page with a url long enough that you can scroll it
2) position it such that the end of the URL is visible
3) pan the url horizontally such that your finger goes over the microphone button (or even past it)
4) release your finger

ER: nothing happens
AR: voice input activates (after an oddly long delay)
