This change would be consistent with desktops new behavior. Should be a simple "pref" flip.
Severity: normal → S3

Allowing a user to autocomplete their login information is an important affordance for users with cognitive difficulties and users with limited mobility. Implementing this bug would remove an ability to communicate a purpose of the input which would be against the WCAG 2.1.

@Jeremy, do you think we could close this bug as WontFix?
