Possibly a Gecko issue, moving to Core: Panning and Zooming.
Adding qawanted for branch checks.

The site doesn't seem to have a mobile version. The desktop does however have this markup:
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width" />
URL: http://elgenero.com

If my understanding of the meta-viewport tag is correct then this is expected behavior given the tag in comment 3. Fennec does the same as well. Not sure why the iPhone renders it differently.

* They do not have a mobile site.
* The desktop site is quite heavy and loads plenty of JS and CSS
* They use WordPress for the CMS
* The content is not resized to the viewport in Firefox but it is in Chrome Mobile (Blink) and iOS
Note: When using the developer tool in Opera Blink with a Firefox OS UA. The site is correctly resized to the viewport using 540x960, but it's not when using using 320x480.

This site doesn't have a mobile version on Chrome for Android either. I will close this report - we're reaching out to sites that serve some but not all mobile browsers a "mobile site", but we don't usually reach to out say "hi, you don't have a mobile site - please develop one!"
