Description:
In English, the data connection icon appears above the SIM number in the status bar. In Arabic, the data connection icon appears above the middle of the signal bars. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150324010202
2) Set the dut language to Arabic.
3) Enable the data connection in settings.
4) Observe the data icon above the signal bars in the status bar. 

Actual:
The data connection icon is above the middle of the signal bars.

Expected:
The data connection icon appears above the SIM number like it is in English.

This issue also occurs on the Flame 2.2

The data icon is above the middle of the signal bars.

I was under the impression that 2.1 RTL testing was invalid, but nevertheless, the bug does not reproduce on a Flame 2.1 with language set to Arabic.

The data connection speed icon is directly above the number of the sim card on the left side of the signal strength icon.
