1. Connect Basic TV Manager API.
2. Switch channel up and down.
3. Pin TV channel to home.
4. Able to remember last TV channel.
5. Switch channel by entering number.

In this patch, it contains:
1. Basic UI mockup and UI transition according to our UI specs.
2. Connect Basic TV Manager API.
3. Switch channel up and down.
4. Pin TV channel to home.
5. Able to remember last TV channel.
6. Switch channel by entering number.
7. Show channel information at left-top.
8. Channel panel for fast pin to home function. 
9. Mock TV Channel Service.

How it works:
1. At beginning, tuner, source and channels are initiated by URL hash or
localStorage.
2. In order to know current available tuners, sources and channels, we have to scan it first. We only scan the sources in current tuner and channels in current source.
3. Switching channels are done by simply change URL hash, and it will be handled by onHashChange function.

Menu button in channel panel does not have any function yet, I'm waiting for
UI/UX team to give me more information.
