automatic CC when commenting isn't implemented. perhaps we should add an 'Add me to CC list' checkbox between the comment textarea and the submit button.

Yeah, +1 from me. It would be more consistent as (I hope) adding this comment will *also* add me to CC - so save even without a comment should have that same effect.
