I understand this is a tracking bug, but my question was: Any things to improve planet are already under this very component in Bugzilla, so what is the exact difference between this tracking bug and the component?

(Plus currently nothing is tracked here; blocks/dependson is empty. I have no idea why bug 1147402 is not entirely sufficient.)
