We are ready to uplift reader mode/reading list patches to Aurora 38, and as part of this we will want to enable it on 38.

Verified fixed on Aurora 38.0a2 during pre-beta feature sign-off and also on Beta 38.0b1, during regular build verification.

All tests were covered across several platforms: Windows 7 (x64), Windows 8.1 (x64), Ubuntu 14.04 (x64) and Mac OS X 10.9.5. No blockers found.

Testing conducted on 38.0b1-build1 (20150330154247) and 38.0b2-build1 (20150406174117) across platforms, found no blockers for the enabling of Reader View on the 38 branch.
