dragging link onto bookmarks folder won't release focus

Details
Build: 2001121108. I dragged a link over to my personal toolbar -> Bookmarks.
The bookmarks opened up but then wouldn't release focus. With the bookmarks
open, the window manager isn't even accessible. I had to click fast on the
window's close button to finally make moz crash and close.
