1148490 - Custom Budget Request form for FSA program

Hi! This is for the FSA Program, a global student program, under the Engagement Team.

We are in need of a budget request form, similar to the one built for Mozilla Reps :: Budget Requests. Hoping this form will be public in the sense that it's available to anyone with the link - but private in the sense that it's not promoted. Only a selective group of members from the program, or anyone cc'ed in the bug, should use the form.

All requested fields on the form listed in this doc: http://bit.ly/1D6WLND. If this needs to be nested under a product & component, all details for that is listed in that shared doc as well.

Can you give an estimate of when you would need to have this done? We are finishing up on Q1 deliverables currently and it may be a week or maybe two before we can start on this.

Yes definitely, your deliverables are priority. End of April is all :).

I have added a test version of this form to our development server for you to try and give feedback.

I have also added the new FSA product and Budget Requests component to the development server so you can submit requests.

We can only have one assignee per component so do you want to leave it as the default '[e-mail]' and just have the list of users you have in the Google Doc just 'watch' the component instead? Or we can add them all to the default CC list which is another option.

Hi David!

Thanks so much for getting this done so quick. We reviewed the form and it's looking great!

As for assignee, yes please go ahead and leave it as '[e-mail]', but add the list of users to the default CC list. Other than that, this looks good to go!

Any way we can restrict the access of the bugs created to only those cc-ed? Scared confidential information from these budget requests are viewed.

For example, this bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1180580 restricted to view only by Josh Rubin and the 7 people cc-ed.
