Spinning this work out from bug 1110887.

Bug 1110887 added support for the plugin crash reporter in e10s. We have a number of tests to exercise it, but most if not all of them do not work with e10s. We should update them.

These tests probably include (but are not limited to):

browser/base/content/test/plugins/browser_CTP_crashreporting.js
browser/base/content/test/plugins/browser_globalplugin_crashinfobar.js
browser/base/content/test/plugins/browser_pluginCrashCommentAndURL.js
dom/plugins/test/mochitest/test_crash_notify.xul
dom/plugins/test/mochitest/test_crash_notify_no_report.xul
dom/plugins/test/mochitest/test_crash_submit.xul

Browser chrome tests now work under e10s, the dom tests still need to be updated.
