[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Set system language as Arabic and have some contacts.
2. Launch Contacts app.
3. Tap Settings -> Delete Contacts.
4. Select some contacts and tap Delete.
5. Observe the prompt message.

[3.Expected Result]: 
5. The prompt message "72 Contacts Removed" should be right-aligned and number should be shown at right of text in Arabic.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5. The number is shown among the Arabic text.

This is not an issue, the RTL behavior is correct. The sentence was rephrased to give better understanding and the number is in the middle because of that.
