i made a configuration change to bmo which has exposed a bug in how manage tracking flags -- we're now seeing a lot of: Can't locate object method "cf_status_thunderbird_esr39" via package "Bugzilla::Bug" errors. this should be fixed by restarting httpd on all the production webheads.
dgarvey restarted apache, although it didn't fix the problem (see bug 1149038).
