Per the screenshot, we can see the space between first charactor(Arabic) and the "+" button in RTL mode is wider than that in LTR mode. Even the "Contacts" has more characters(Arabic), the space between first charactor and "+" button should be same as that in English.

This issue cannot be reproduced on latest Flame v2.2 build by the same STR in comment 0.
Actual Result:
The "Contacts" on header remain center-aligned as that in LTR language.

So we change the status to "Worksforme", if anyone can repro it, reopen again.
