time tracking isn't implemented.
need to mirror classic's input (maybe simplifying it? it's kind of crazy), and ensure that timetracking comments are displayed correctly.

Maybe the module subtitle should be empty if the times are both 0.0 and there's no deadline? up to you, but it looks a little cleaner I think.
