- Open the inspector
- Find a color or background-color property
- Click on the color swatch icon
ER:
The tooltip opens with the arrow pointing to the color swatch
AR:
The tooltip opens but the arrow points slightly to the right of the color swatch

Tooltips appear on the left or on the right side of the circle (filter/animation/color)
If tooltip appears normally, it's shifted a bit to the right. If tooltip is forced to change direction (left/right) because of side of the screen, it appears shifted a bit to the left.
