1149588 - Blank about:apps after installing dupe apps

Platform: Firefox for Android Beta 38.0b1

Steps:
1. GO to an app that had the Free/ Install Button 
2. Tap quickly ok it several times and choose from all pop-ups either install or done 
3. Go to about:apps

Expected result:
- I should be able to see my apps

Actual result:
- the about:apps is blank. In order to see the apps I need to kill the app and reopen it.

Notes:
- the app appears twice only in about:apps
- going to android apps or android-> settings apps the app is only once present.

This was investigating during several days , several devices and channels. 
1. I am able to instal duplicate apps only on Nexus 5 , Nightly
2. I hit this blank page once - yesterday at 38 Beta 6 but nothing worthy in the logs. 

I will keep an eye on this issues and reopen If I am able to reproduce it.
