[Gallery] With 170+ pictures in gallery thumbnails are missing for around twenty random pictures

Description:
When user has 170 or more pictures in gallery the bottom 20 or so pictures have missing/black thumbnails. They are still selectable and if user taps to open one it opens as expected, but going back to the gallery the top 20 or so pictures now exhibit the blank thumbnail issue while the bottom 20 are now appearing normally.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150331010203
2) Launch Gallery with 170 or more images
3) Scroll to bottom of gallery
Actual:
Bottom 20 or so images have blank thumbnails
Expected:
All images display thumbnails
