1149796 - "Reset Assignee to default" and "Reset QA Contact to default" options missing when changing a bug's component

I know I can type [e-mail] and it should work but I wonder if people would want this back or not.

of course there's a "Reset Assignee to default" checkbox!

the checkbox only appears when changing the component.
clear the assignee field to reset it otherwise.
