Reproducible on the latest Aurora 39.0a2(BuildID: 20150401004004)
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:39.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/39.0

Under Applications, the rows (Content Type and Action) are sorted when right clicking on them. 

Note: The issue is reproducible also on Mac OSX 10.9.5 and Ubuntu 12.04 32bit.

Reproducible using Firefox 40.0(20150807085045) on Linux x86_64(Ubuntu 20.04). This issue is fixed on Firefox 98.0b4(20220213185901) and Nightly 99.0a1(20220214092817) on macOS Big Sur 11, Win10 and Linux x86_64(Ubuntu 20.04).
