I'm attaching a run. This does not happen everytime so it is not blocking but I want to track it. Before the tests you will see some output of verify.sh which is irrelevant.
I saw the about window when this issue was happening and it showed the message that points a user to download the build again from ftp (the about windows shows a hyperlink).
I don't seem to have attached the attachment so I will mark this as invalid. I have another similar issue in bug 1152460.

Resolution: --- → INVALID
The problem here is that this happens if a full patch cannot be downloaded. One reason could be that a former full patch was broken. I assume that you was working on an installed version of Firefox which had a downloaded mar file present in the updates sub folder.
