Fixes have been pushed and merge to github. Changes will go live later today to display the chart showing counts of how many addons are in each compatibility state.
Commented out code is ready for when we get cpow data indicating potential addon slowness. I'll enable that when "Bug 1150998 - On arewee10syet, add a status category for risk of slowing Firefox down in CPOW usage" is implemented.
