[1.Description]:
[RTL][v2.2][Settings]The mail icon is left-aligned at "Firefox Accounts" view when user signs up a Firefox Account.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Set your phone language to Arabic. 
2. Launch Settings app. 
3. Tap "Firefox Accounts". 
4. Enter an unregistered mail account and tap "Next" button. 
5. Select "2002 or earlier". 
6. Tap "OK" and tap "Next" button. 
7. Input a password and tap "Next" button, observe the view.

[3.Expected Result]: 
7. The mail icon should be right-aligned but not mirrored.

[4.Actual Result]: 
7. The mail icon is left-aligned.

It would be nice for these two screens to agree on the right/left placement of the icon but there is no functional problem or real confusion caused by the current locations.

This issue cannot be reproduced on latest FlameKK&AriesKK v2.5 build by the same STR in comment 0.
