1152014 - Title copied from url bar during slow page load may be the previous page's url

My STR, assuming you can find a slow loading page:
  1) Open a new tab (i.e. you're on about:home)
  2) Click the url bar
  3) Type in the url of the slow loading page (I was trying to go to a hello.firefox.com url and may have been having DNS issues) and hit go
  4) Long-press the url bar and select "copy"
  5) Open a new tab
  6) Long-press the url bar and select "Paste"

Expected: The url you copied is pasted into the url bar
Actual: "about:home" is pasted

I have not tested on pages other than about:home.

Also, I'm not sure if there's a good way to repro a slow loading page.

I'm able to reproduce this issue using www.qq.com which usually loads very slowly.

I've had this issue myself and have receive feedback about it via Input.  It's by no means a common complaint, but it'd be nice to see a fix.
