[RTL][v2.2& v3.0][Settings]The spacing between text on list item and right edge in RTL mode is wider than that in LTR mode at Transparency Control.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Set your phone language to Arabic. 
2. Launch settings app. 
3. Tap "Privacy Controls". 
4. Tap "Transparency Control" and observe the view.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. The spacing between text on list item and right edge in RTL mode should be same as that in LTR mode.

The "Privacy Controls" in Settings has been removed on v2.5&vmaster build.

Unblocking RTL 2.5 as this feature is disabled in the 2.5 branch. Note that this may be a app-wide stylesheet issue that shows up elsewhere in Settings however.
