We need lockscreen_*.js to be instantiable and let bootstrap or its parent module to instantiate it.

This WIP doesn't modify the test case. But it works well once we fix the file name issue.

This bug depends on bug 1094759 because it fixes the file name issue and wraps some functions in lockscreen for Service.query.
release this issue since we are still waiting for bootstrap bug.
