Details

We have had cases where test jobs upload logs of several GB to S3; these are expensive for Treeherder to download and parse. I think we should cap the size of these files to something reasonable, maybe 100MB?
Per discussion on irc, if we address this in Treeherder, we can close as WONTFIX.
