[1.Description]:
[l10n][v2.1&v2.2][Contacts]Arabic::In new contact view, the "Anniversary" is displayed with truncation on the value selector.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Set your phone language to Arabic.
2.Launch Contacts and tap "+" button to enter the new contact view.
3.Tap the date value selector and select "Anniversary".

[3.Expected Result]: 
3."Anniversary" should not be displayed with truncation on the value selector.

[4.Actual Result]: 
3."Anniversary" is displayed with truncation on the value selector.
