Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:40.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/40.0 Built from https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/8f57f60ee58a Steps to reproduce: 1. In a brand new profile, open a page with a lengthy tab title, like bug 1073852. 2. Open enough new tabs to cause the tab bar to overflow and display the List All Tabs button. 3. Click the List All Tabs button. 4. Place the mouse cursor over the menu item with the lengthy tab title truncated by an ellipsis. Actual results: There's no tooltip with the full page title. Expected results: A tooltip with the full page title.
