Steps to reproduce:

enter the german domainname : "straße.de" 
It gets translated to "strasse.de" .. but it should be "xn--strae-oqa.de". 

Plattform: Fedora 20 64Bit libidn + libidn 0.10 installed.



Actual results:

straße.de -> strasse.de



Expected results:

straße.de -> xn--strae-oqa.de
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
