Crash Data

Tabs are constantly crashing when using lastpass with e10s enabled. I've tried Twitter and Aeroplan and got the same results multiple times. Trying it on non-e10s worked without any problems so it's definitely e10s related.

STR:

- install LastPass and add https://www4.aeroplan.com to "Sites" (saving the username/password)
- close/re-open Nightly
- select the LasPass addon Icon -> Sites -> https://www4.aeroplan.com (all the fields should be filled in)
- once the fields are filled in, login and close the tab
- select the LasPass addon Icon -> Sites -> https://www4.aeroplan.com once again

Doing the above will cause the tab to crash instantly. I reproduced the tab crash at least 10 different times within a few minutes. You could also reproduce the same issue using the same steps as above but using Twitter rather than aeroplan. (probably easier)

I think these crashes should be fixed now. Also, there's a beta version of LastPass that is e10s-compatible.

I also seem to have this. Although tabs just seem to be crashing in general for me. Using latest Firefox Dev Edition. :billm could you provide a link to lastpass beta for Firefox for future references to this bug?
I can still reproduce this while using lastpass 3.1.92 (release) which I downloaded from:
* Build Used: https://lastpass.com/download/cdn/lp_win.xpi

I believe you can download beta builds from the following location: from https://lastpass.com/lpp/

I can still reproduce the crashes using 3.1.95 (I believe this is the current beta) using the following steps (simpler to follow than the ones listed in comment #0)

* install lastpass and login
* open a few tabs (facebook, twitter, linkedin etc..)
* change over to the twitter tab and select the lastpass icon -> Sites -> Add Site (Add Twitter)
* Close the Twitter tab and switch over to another tab (doesn't matter what website)
* Select the lastpass icon -> Sites -> Social -> Twitter(In reply to Bill McCloskey (:billm) from comment #1)

putting under main e10s-lastpass tracking bug - so we don't loose and test/close when Lastpass Beta version 4.2 (webextensions version) goes live. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/lastpass-password-manager/versions/
Blocks: e10s-lastpass
No longer blocks: e10s-addons
Closing because no crash reported since 12 weeks.
