The taking flags are normally disabled until you select a component, but recently they haven't un-disabled when I've selected a component.

Can you specify a particular product and component where you are seeing this behavior and I can take a look at replicating it. dkl
Flags: needinfo?(blassey.bugs)
i can't replicate this on the 'firefox for android' product (where blassey filed a bug immediately before this one). blassey - any javascript errors?
Nothing in the console. Did you test in fennec nightly?

(In reply to Brad Lassey [:blassey] (use needinfo?) PTO April 11-19 from comment #3) > Nothing in the console. Did you test in fennec nightly? i tested it with aurora on desktop. i've now also tested with nightly/e10s, chrome, opera, safari, and IE all without issue. i'm not able to test with fennec/nightly. if the probably only occurs on fennec/nightly then i suspect that's where the issue lays, not with bugzilla.

Scenario: Indeed tracking flags are disabled with no component selected and also after selecting one, but they become enabled when selecting another component. (For example choosing "Add-on Manager", tracking flags are disabled but after choosing "JimDB", tracking flags are enabled), Tried to file a bug under Firefox, Firefox for Android, Firefox for IOS etc. and it is the same from Firefox for Android 37.0.2 until latest Nightly.
no a regression then, untracking

We have completed our launch of our new Firefox on Android. The development of the new versions use GitHub for issue tracking. If the bug report still reproduces in a current version of [Firefox on Android nightly](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.mozilla.fenix) an issue can be reported at the [Fenix GitHub project](https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/). If you want to discuss your report please use [Mozilla's chat](https://wiki.mozilla.org/Matrix#Connect_to_Matrix) server https://chat.mozilla.org and join the [#fenix](https://chat.mozilla.org/#/room/#fenix:mozilla.org) channel.
