Details
Not sure if http://www.ruutu.fi is available outside Finland, but
having two windows open where one is showing Flash videos from ruutu.fi and scrolling any pages on the other window causes major paint flashing on the video.

I'd guess e10s only, this is probably a bug down in the compositor code that control plugin window visibility on windows and linux.

E10s, as the title hints.
The issue seems to be worse on Windows, but happens also on Linux.
