[Flame 3.0][Cost Control]After flashing "2015-04-13-16-02-04" build, device will show the "thunder soft" screen, and then device will be black. and can't boot up.
Found at: 12:09. around

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Flash "2015-04-13-16-02-04" build.

[3.Expected Result]: 
1. device could boot up successfully.

[4.Actual Result]: 
1. After you complete flashing device, device cannot boot up.

Norry, I'm confused about the regression window.  Why isn't the regression window between two builds?
Build : 20150413031635 and build : 20150413003038 has 7 builds in between.


This needs to be narrowed down further.
