If I try to reorder my Bookmarks, they do not end up where I expect them to go
(I expect them to move to the position of the "Drag'n'Drop-Line" that appears).
Especially they sometimes appear in a wrong folder, if the destination-Folder is
closed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Move mouse to a bookmark (either in bookmark-manager or in sidebar
2. try to drag it to another position


Actual Results:  The bookmark will move to a position near the wanted
destination. When moving a bookmark towards the bottom of the list, it sometimes
actually appears where it should.

Expected Results:  The dragged bookmark should always appear at the position
where to "Highlight" was shown while dragging.
