The problem happens in initial loading. Reload (F5) fixes the problem
IE11, Chrome41 and presto opera12 works properly.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Clear cache if any
2. Open http://virates.com/funny/18104327
Actual results:
Image shown only upper half
Expected results:
should be whole image

The iframes get a small height value when the bug appears. So I'm guessing the code twitter is using to autosize the iframes is getting confused or wrong values or something.
