When expanding a comment collapsed due to comment tag, the collapse button does not idea same as before

Details

If a comment has been hidden due to a comment tag (typo, etc.) you can view it by clicking [+]. When hitting [-] , it should re-hide the comment to look the same as when you first visited the bug. It does not and still shows the commentor, date, etc. and only hides the actual comment text. Not a big deal, just not consistent. You will need to make the [-] event aware that it was collapsed due to comment tag and not a normal comment. dkl
