We should provide an auto-scroll mechanism for reader mode that will slowly scroll the page so people can read without having to scroll the page manually.
We can provide various speeds (slow, medium, fast) to accommodate different reading speeds.

I'd take a patch from someone who wants to scratch an itch, but I don't think this should be a priority for us to work on at the moment. :-)
