Description:
When the user imports a set of contacts from Facebook in the FTU, the Pop-Up Toast that appears when the action is completed will only be about half height, and will not have the relevant text the Toast is supposed to convey.

Note: This only seems to happen when Facebook contacts are the first thing imported. If the user imports contacts from the SD card or SIM card first, this issue will not occur.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150413010203
2) In the FTU, connect to a WiFi or Data network.
3) Progress to the Import Contacts screen
4) Sign into and import contacts from Facebook

Actual:
A half height toast banner without text will appear when Facebook contacts finish importing.

Expected:
A full height toast banner will appear after importing, with the relevant text for the number of imported contacts.

This issue does NOT occur on Flame 2.2 builds.
A full height toast banner will appear after importing, with the relevant text for the number of imported contacts.

I wonder if this is the same issue as bug 1153917? I.e. missing the strings for that toast.

That looks likely, I'm seeing missing l10n entities in the console that might prevent that toast from displaying. Would be good to confirm the regression window in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1153917#c2 applies to this bug - at that point we can dupe it.
