this is using 12/14 build on Win 2000. I remember we used to have a bug where when a folder in mailnews finished loading it would bring the mail window up even if you were in a different window such as the browser. Now I'm seeing the opposite. If I go to a page and then try to use mail or IM before that page has finished loading, when the page finishes loading, it pops up in front of whatever I was doing which is not the behavior I would expect. I'd expect it to stay behind whatever window I'm currently working in.
