Details

Since we had fixed all of the focus issues in smart-system, we also need to migrate these fixes back to system app.

The patches of them may not be the same because smart system uses focus manager to calculate the top-most UI on the fly and phone's system uses hierarchy manager to query a the top-most UI variable.
