Sometimes, it becomesimpossible to overwrite the URL text with a new one, meaing
the old one seems to be read-only. This is incredibly
annoying since frequently I need to type in new URLs.

I'm not sure which events trigger this problem but it does happen fairly often.

This and bug 104561 seem to be different aspects of the same bug... they should
probably be merged.
Bug 82534 is used for duplicating url bar problem, while bug 104561 is about forms.
