ebspay.boc.cn belongs to Bank of China.
Please add it to whitelist until the site is fixed.
Note that there are at least two IP addresses behind ebspay.boc.cn:
  219.141.226.136 - TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA and maybe others, TLS 1.0 max
  112.64.122.136 - TLS_RSA_WITH_RC4_128_MD5 only, TLS 1.1 max

ebspay.boc.cn and dlsev.boc.cn belong to Bank of China, and RC4 only. 
We're trying to ask BOC to update their server settings. 

Please add ebspay.boc.cn and dlsev.boc.cn to the whitelist until they fixed, thanks!
The whitelist has been removed since Firefox 44. Users can add an exception instead.
