This is a follow-up to bug 1150114. See in particular bug 1150114 comment 27. When matching presented directory names with name constraints, we allow UTF8Strings to match PrintableStrings in AVAs for compatibility. We should verify that any PrintableStrings actually consist only of characters that are valid for PrintableStrings.
