On Firefox Android 38 Beta, I am unable to view the desktop site of m.seekingalpha.com. That is, I go to the menu and choose "Request Desktop Site", but nothing seems to change. Moreover, there's a whole bunch of "undefined" entries at http://m.seekingalpha.com .

If you choose "request desktop" and type in www.seekingalpha.com manually, do you get desktop or mobile? What if you delete private data (or open it in a private tab?) There are many ways sites distinguish mobile and desktop browsers, sometimes the initial assumption is recorded in a cookie..

I open www.seekingalpha.com into a new private tab, and it redirects me to the mobile version.

Odd. I opened a private tab in Fx Beta, checked "Request desktop.." and I get the desktop site. (I've never been to this site before so there's no state). Unchecking "Request desktop", I get a mobile site and checking it I'm back on desktop, still in the same private tab. The url is http://seekingalpha.com/ though, no "m." prefix.

Here's a screenshot of the mobile site, with ad blocking extensions disabled. I opened it in a new private tab.

Do you get something displayed for your mobile site, or is it like the one in the screenshot?

Yes - I get that same emptyish page in both Firefox beta and Chrome. Looks a bit broken, but if I open the menu and choose something it sort of works.

I guess this is a site issue then.
