Details

Grabbing the URL bookmark icon and dragging across the Bookmarks menu on the
toolbar causes the bookmarks menu to drop down and freezes mozilla. This isn't
a hard lock, as a left mouse click on the Bookmarks menu still causes responses,
but all other mozilla functionality is innaccessible, and a manual kill of
mozilla-bin is required.
It appears as if mozilla confuses the state of the mouse as being
left-button-depressed. The mouse pointer changes to the classic
pointing-up-right arrow that is characteristic of the mouse being in a menu state.

To reproduce:
1. grab the URL icon (usually a "bookmark ribbon") to the left of the URL.
2. drag down across the Bookmarks menu on the toolbar and release the drag
somewhere outside of the mozilla window (on the desktop, for example).
