Details

Docker-worker should have more logging around error conditions to alert people of possible issues within the worker. This might be a combination of stats collected and info logged to papertrail

Move stat reporting to influx and configured dashboards for taskcluster duty, host metrics, and task level metrics. Also there are alerts for task aborts related to pulling images and other issues as well as disk space thresholds reached. Those are the two more common issues.
