User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:37.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/37.0 Build ID: 20150402191859 Steps to reproduce: click the three lines for options click 'customize' wait a couple of seconds for it to load Actual results: the "customize Firefox" becomes large and extends beyond the monitor even on high resolutions, on all computers. with no scroll bar, moving tool buttons and other buttons, and addon buttons to where you want them is NOT possible Expected results: the "customize Firefox" should stay within the range of the monitor after the couple of seconds it takes to load so you can move things where you want them or remove things that are out of reach and/or in odd spots or at least provide a scroll bar

Does the problem still happen if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? (Safe Mode disables extensions and themes, hardware acceleration and some JavaScript stuff in order to exclude some possible reasons for problems. It does not disable plugins which are add-ons.) See http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode And does this also happen with a new and empty profile? See http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile and http://support.mozilla.org/kb/Managing%20profiles

I tried duplicating this issue on Windows 10 x64 with a resolution of 1366 X 768 using below mentioned FireFox version but could not reproduce it. Attached is the screenshot from my computer. Name Firefox Version 42.0 Build ID 20151029151421 User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:42.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0 It would be great if you could try again after updating Firefox to version 42.0 and let us know if you still encounter the same issue.
